Wrong shoe size and now I have to pay to change size? Im Canadian, wish i had read trust pilot before I bought these cheap plastic shoes. Disgusting.
I made a purchase on Nov 30th at midnight. I had a size 8 reserved and paid. A few days later a few crossfit friends bought same holiday collection shoe. They received theirs within 5 days. Shipped same day of purchase. I contacted nobull. They said any order with two or more items are placed on hold ???? but not too worry I will get my size 8 I ordered. Couple days went by and website said there were only 3 left, so I purchased a pair again but without my clothing. They shipped it to me same day, BUT my other order which is 300.00 still hasn't shipped.
I did a chat with Steven who is a complete idiot. He said that the shoe is sold out and they may get more. If they do they will send my order. So I asked why they sold the shoes for a week after I bought mine. He had no answer. Why was I screwed for buying alot of items. He said thats just the way it is. Im so happy I ordered a second pair. Ill be returning my first ordered of 300.00 once they send it. They won't even let me cancel! I also have another pair I bought before holiday collection and I'll be returning those. They just lost 500.00 for no reason other then not caring for a customer.

The most terrible customer experience
They are self centered US company with no international sense.
After waiting 10 days for my order, I received the wrong size, and yet expected me to pay for the cost of return to the US (50 pound for 130 pound runners). The returns instruction in the delivery slip are for US customers, I had to send 5 emails before getting any response. Totally unfair that I have to pay for the return for a mistake they did.
Do not use them. They re arrogant US company with terrible customer service.
I ordered my shoes (listed as in stock on the website) ELEVEN weeks ago. They still have not shipped. I have contacted customer service 5 times. Each time they give me personal identifiers of a person that isn’t me and say “they have already arrived to you, why are you complaining” and then when I tell them that it’s the wrong person they tell me they will ship out the next day. They also won’t let me cancel my order. I hate this company.
Don't waste your money.
I was excited about the brand, the shoes and the colour. I got the order with in time. Prior to ordering I checked and ordered a pair of womens size 7 which is a men's 6. On receiving I found the shoe to be tight and noted that the box was marked womens 7 and mens 5.5. As I was paying in Canadian dollars I had already paid $169. I made contact over the chat feature and I was told that the return shipping has to be out of pocket. Now I am over $200 for a pair of shoe and they won't honour the store credit or have any flexibility to accommodate. I guess if you are not a pro athlete you are SOL with no bull.
Same issue as everyone else! Fortunately Just pay on your credit card and charge it back to them.
Really bad customer service and won’t be visiting them again! They’ll never do well in the UK WITH ATTITUDE LIKE THIS TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS
As others have found, it is extremely unclear that the sizes on the website are US. It only pops up after you have selected the size, in a tiny font at the corner of the screen. This had to be pointed out to me by their customer 'service' Even if you click on the size guide it does not state the listed sizes are US. It's ridiculous this is not made clear!
I now have to pay to ship them back to the US.
Shipping department is absolutely useless, stay away from that company.
Nobull are thieves. Hear me out, If you pay extra for fast shipping BUT they send you the wrong order like totally different shoe and size. And then after you send it back they send you the correct product but downgrade the shipping you originally paid for.... is that good customer service???
My first order, nothing been delivered. Can't even find estimated delivery date, customer service is absolute rubbish. I gave up and filled a dispute transaction with my credit card.

Great shoes, perfect fit, prompt delivery. I’m really happy I have found this brand. Definitely will be buying more from them.
Wrongly charged for wrong shoes.
Similar to others below I ordered via website a UK size 10 pair of shoes. Once paid I received an email saying delivery would be delayed. In the next few days I came across trustpilot reviews therefore I quickly emailed NoBull to immediately cancel my order and refund based off others experience. My shoes had not yet been dispatched, however a day after my email, the shoes suddenly were en route.
NoBull then confirmed after several emails that they had sent US size 10 shoes and that I would incur a charge for returning the shoes despite issues remaining at NoBull's end.
It's a shame, as it they have very nice looking product. However, the reviews on trustpilot do not match the >5000 reviews on their webiste.
I have ordered a number of items from Nobull and loved the products. However having recently purchased some trainers that I needed to exchange due to the size. Despite multiple contacts, I’ve had no response.
If you’re in the US you can arrange an exchange online, as I’m overseas the only option is to contact them directly to arrange the exchange. With no contact back, I’m stuck with lovely, expensive but too small shoes and a very bad taste in my mouth.
I’ll never order from Nobull again!
